Crypto | Legal Counsel | Zug | Perm. | 100% | Apr. 2022 | CHF 140’000+
Tasks
- Collaboration with the legal department on legal matters in the area of capital markets
- Monitoring of applicable laws, regulations, and policies in the FinTech sector
- Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts
- Implementation of compliance and regulatory management projects
- Render legal support in the field of Crypto
Requirements
- Resident in Switzerland
- Fluency in German and English
- Swiss law degree (lic.iur. / MLaw)
- Proven experience in crypto/blockchain (DLT)
- At least 3 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
