Crypto | Legal Counsel | Zug | Perm. | 100% | Apr. 2022 | CHF 140’000+

Tasks

• Collaboration with the legal department on legal matters in the area of capital markets
• Monitoring of applicable laws, regulations, and policies in the FinTech sector
• Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts
• Implementation of compliance and regulatory management projects
• Render legal support in the field of Crypto

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English
• Swiss law degree (lic.iur. / MLaw)
• Proven experience in crypto/blockchain (DLT)
• At least 3 years of PQE in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
