Crypto | Senior Legal Counsel

Crypto | Senior Legal Counsel | Zug | Permanent | 100% | Dec. 2021 | CHF 150’000+

Tasks

• Cooperate with the legal department on legal matters across commercial functions
• Draft, review and amend complex legal documents and commercial contracts
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on commercial, corporate and taxation laws
• Supervise legal housekeeping and governance

Requirements

• Swiss Attorney at law
• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in German, English and French
• Proven experience in taxation, contract law and commercial law
• Fundamental interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain (DLT)
• At least 5 years’ of experience in a law firm or as in-house legal counsel
