About Holaplex Holaplex creates a suite of NFT products centered around a community of leading creators and innovators. We empower this community by providing open-sourced, no-code tools and adhere to the crypto ethos of self-custody and decentralization. Our small but growing team of high-quality professionals is on a trajectory to make Holaplex the #1 place for creators on the blockchain. We need additional highly motivated and focused experts who efficiently execute to obtain our small and large goals.

Why this role exists Holaplex needs an exceptional business development professional with experience in the crypto and NFT space. We take a holistic approach to business development in that we view the key activities to encompass anything related to building the business. This person will own all of our partnership and community-building-related initiatives.

Required - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 5+ years of professional experience

Outcomes - You will conduct prospect research, gauge competitive positioning, and create new opportunities to expand the business. - You will contact potential customers to establish business relationships. - You will form strategic partnerships with other NFT platforms. - You will nurture existing customer relationships with users of Holaplex. - You will ensure that Holaplex executes its business growth projects with partners, clients, and community members.

Skills - Possess a strong understanding of company products, business position, and competition - Effective networking skills within the technology industry - Develop action plans and execute on goals independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate well with internal teams - Capable of meeting deadlines and working under intense pressure - Impeccable organization and time-management skills - Proven creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

In the first 90-days on the job, you will - In the first 90 days, you will develop impactful partnerships, build community, and have a meaningful and measurable impact on Holaplex’s business. - You will find and win over top artists and creators to publish on Holaplex. - You will identify and secure agreements with strategic partners in technology, media, arts, and entertainment. - You will assist in developing and tracking KPIs and ensure that projects are executed successfully across the org.

In the first year, you will - You will have built ongoing relationships with dozens of top creatives and closed more than 10 critical strategic partnerships that drive revenue for the company. - You will be a team leader that has developed and executed multiple key initiatives that drive the exponential growth of Holaplex’s community and revenue.
