About the Opportunity

Join Kadena's creative team as a Motion Designer/Video Editor and delve into creating captivating and innovative animations and videos. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director, playing a pivotal role from the initial concept to the final video production. This position will report directly to our Creative Director, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.

• Take projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery at every stage.

• Stay updated with current creative trends in visual effects and apply innovative approaches to your work.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations, both creatively and technically.

What Sets You Apart

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.
• Comprehensive understanding of video production and animation workflow.
• Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4d and Redshift.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Artistic ability in asset and set development.
• Familiarity with production pipelines and current creative trends.
• Adaptability to new technologies and tools in the rapidly evolving field of motion graphics and video editing.
• Technical Skills

What We Offer

This role has an annual starting salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
