Overview of Libertex Group

Libertex is an international financial services group specializing in online trading and investment. It was founded as a brokerage firm in 1997 and has since grown into a diverse group of companies, brokers, dealers, educational and IT-development centers which allows the group to operate globally, target 27 countries and serve clients from 120 countries.

Through its proprietary mobile and online trading platforms, Libertex offers trading in Forex, crypto, stocks, CFDs, futures, funds and indices.

One of the company’s priorities is to conduct business in strict compliance with global and local regulatory requirements of the targeted markets. Our Crypto platforms work for two brokers including a European one and have several components allowing us to provide better service for the customers. Examples of Crypto platforms features: wallets, margin trading, exchange, loyalty program, platform security.

Who Are We Looking For?

We need a high-performing expert who is able to manage our Crypto platforms and achieve goals according to the company’s strategy.

What Will You Do?

• Measure product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Improve Unit economics
• Elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with developers on clarifying requirements and negotiating the scope of the proposed enhancements based on feature priorities and development estimates
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Validate ideas including AB testing
• Resolve issues
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, operations, legal & compliance, etc.), vendor partners (product and service providers, systems integrators, development partners, etc.), quantify pre-­integration work
• Market research, Customer and Sales feedback
• Competitive research and Product performance measurement
• Define product roadmaps

Key Skills Required:

• 3+ years of product management in b2c
• Complete understanding of product management framework: Strategic product activities; Inbound activities; Outbound activities
• Relevant higher education (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of self-serve product analytics tools (Mix Panel, Amplitude)
• Experienced with Agile, Jira
• Interpersonal skills and relationship building skills (with team members and customers)
• Presentation and organizational skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Multitasking
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Fluent Russian
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Understanding of crypto and trading
• Technical background
