We are looking for
UI/UX Creative Designer who are ready to join a leading fintech company that provides trading, exchange and next generation financial services powered by blockchain technology.
Some familiarity with user-centered design principles, methodologies, best practices and approaches, is expected, but more than any one of these abilities, we are looking for someone that is hungry to learn and grow. Easy to work with, open to feedback, passionate and vocal about what is best for the user.
Applicants must currently be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
What you will do:
Creative design. Work closely with the Marketing team to conduct growth hacking campaigns, ideations.
UI/UX design. Translate feature requirements to deliverable artifacts that can be reviewed and revised. Rapidly develop wireframes, user flow, and prototypes in an agile environment for Marketing web & mobile. Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback sessions.
Visual design. Strict attention to detail and consistency. Adhere to existing visual design patterns. Maintain a strong sense of layout and typography. Be vigilant for inconsistencies in the execution of design patterns across products.
Communication. Express clearly in writing and in speech to advocate for design point of view. Speak clearly and cogently. Ask questions; don’t be afraid of saying "I don't know, but let me find out."
Tools. Familiarization with various design tools such as Photoshop, Illustration, Sketch, Zeplin, and Abstract to produce high quality user experience solutions.
Team culture. Be generous and collaborate with other team members. Work closely with engineers to problem solve and implement code friendly designs.
What we are expecting from you

3+ years designing consumer-facing Marketing products for web & mobile

Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams

Experience leading design projects

Proficiency with sketch, zeplin, abstract, adobe suite

Business level English proficiency, and excellent written communication

Extremely well organized and detail oriented

Experience working with Design Systems

Open minded, low ego, collaborative, and first principles thinking
Nice to Have:

Interest in cryptocurrency or financial products

Experience trading and/or buying cryptocurrency on Liquid or other major exchanges

Understanding or Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams
