We are a remote-first dynamic team of builders, developers, and entrepreneurs that include key founding members from Twitch, as well as Emmy and Peabody Award winning producers and storytellers.
Our flagship IP is DuskBreakers, an eccentric, interactive sci-fi saga set in a post-apocalyptic world where a mysterious alien ship (The Dusk) becomes a beacon of hope for humanity. The franchise spans games, video, NFTs, and other media formats.
We are looking for an experienced, exceptional Social Media Manager. This person would have 5+ years of experience of strategy, analysis, and creation of social media content and campaigns with B2C brands/businesses. This person will play a role in building the social media presence of our company and IP franchises by crafting content, helping to manage our editorial calendar, engaging with our social media community, and supporting the execution of different types of social campaigns in real time. Responsibilities
- Support marketing leadership in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns
- Demonstrated experience building and overseeing a company’s social presence
- Subject matter expert on the key social media platforms~ Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc
- Experience with video content made for social media; both strategy and implementation
- Knowledge and mastery of social media tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Sprinklr)
- Hyper-focused on what type of content must be created to drive key metrics (views, reach, clicks to website)
- Able to create and edit content, and guide creatives to carry out vision and strategy
- Contribute ideas for digital and social campaigns and tactics across paid, earned, shared and owned media
- Recommend social content marketing plans to be executed in partnership with influencers
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate media and creative performance
- 5+ years of consumer targeting social media experience
- Portfolio of work from previous brands/businesses on which you worked
- Active participant in the wider social media and digital communities and online forums
- The ability to quickly and smartly adjust digital strategy, voice and tone based on client and audience
- The ability to take initiative, keep organized and handle multiple projects at once
- Well-versed in social media and content marketing as an important awareness and lead generating element in the PR and Marketing mix
- Experience running both paid and organic social campaigns
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
