About the Role

The team is seeking a creative, goal-oriented leader who can help launch mogul’s brand into the stratosphere. The role itself will remain highly fluid as the individual will be a key hire leading efforts across: Growth, Marketing, and Community Management. The number one goal is to drive value for the company through shaping of the company’s brand, digital content, messaging, and community engagement.

• Marketing: Working with internal and external teams to increase brand awareness, grow consumer demand, and launch new offerings
• Community Management: Manage the community across internal teams, users, stakeholders, and partners
• Content Creation: Creating key brand media assets to grow social media user base

Previous knowledge / experience with real estate and/or financial services is valued, but not required. What is required is the desire and ability to learn quickly while taking on substantial amounts of responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Grow the company
• Craft clear go-to-market strategy / branding of future products and property offerings
• Track key performance metrics
• Identify new strategic partnerships and grow / nurture existing partnerships
• Assist in the operations of the core investment platform while growing new verticals
• Catalyze brand growth with internal and external teams executing on customer acquisition strategy, CRO, and SEO
• Manage internal teams, the user community, key company stakeholders, and corporate partnerships
• Create content through all mediums: print, video, image, and more
• Write case studies, blogs, and more on the company, real estate, blockchain, and more

Required Skills & Technology

• Ability to quickly learn concepts, skills, and processes on the fly
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Messaging systems (Slack, Teams, Telegram, etc.)
• Digital content creation / branding / marketing strategy
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and Adobe Acrobat

Desired Traits

• Creative problem-solver who seeks multiple solutions to one problem rather than one solution to multiple problems
• Ability to grow and scale a brand from early stages to household name
• Video Editing Proficiency
• Skilled in generating compelling ad copy and social media content
• Real Estate experience / knowledge / exposure
• Funny, has the voice or can recreate the voice of Ryan Reynolds over content
