We’re Moonwalk. We’re the easiest way to build community in Web3 using no code tools. We help brands and creators engage and reward their communities using digital assets such as NFTs, tokens and branded wallets.
Our mission is to make it easy to create communities that foster direct connections with fans and customers using digital assets that unlock digital and IRL experiences.
We’re a group of inspired creators who believe the new medium of Web3 using NFT’s and digital assets allow individuals to participate in the development and growth of brands and communities like never before. We are obsessed with delivering easy to use, intuitive and effective products as an on ramp into Web 3.0 and the Metaverse.

As VP, Business Development you will be responsible for creating, leading and operationalizing strategic partnerships and entries level deals. Your mission will be to build and execute against company strategy to grow and scale our customer base and a number of strategic alliances.
You will also take ownership over and drive partnerships while developing and cultivating relationships with creators, agencies, platforms and other key partners.
Ultimately you will be building and leading a world-class team of business development leaders, analysts and account managers. We will also rely on you to provide strategic thought leadership to highly cross-functional teams, from Product and Engineering to Legal and Customer Operations.
What you’ll be doing (i.e., job duties):
- Secure Key Partnerships to Support our explosive growth
- Engage, negotiate and close partnerships with creators and brands, agencies and other strategic partners
- Build and manage our affiliate network
- Develop and enter into promotional programs and agreements that help increase the visibility and success of our partners.
- Operationalize go-to-market strategies, including programs that enable scalable inbound pipelines and outreach plans to on board new customers and partners.
- Negotiate and implement strategic partnerships
- Working with Marketing and Product, build compelling sales collateral and talking points to help the marketing and creator community understand the value propositions and competitive advantages of the Moonwalk platform.
- Identify, engage and enter into strategic partnerships with tools, technologies and platforms that make it easier and faster for brands and creators to launch programs using the Moonwalk platform
- Develop standardized methods and practices that help automate and streamline deal structuring and negotiating with customers, including self-service opportunities.
- Help shape product roadmaps by recommending new features through problem statements supported with data, brand and creator feedback, industry insights and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and facilitate scalable community engagement and outreach programs that help Moonwalk connect with brands, artists, musicians, developers, games, IP holders and more.
- Ensure Moonwalk has an active voice wherever the industry is actively discussing NFTs and in online channels like Discord and Reddit, as well as offline channels like events and conferences.
- Manage and scale programs that can provide internal stakeholders with industry insights that support product development, work stream prioritizations and risk assessments. Create and distribute reports on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for leaders and team members in cross-functional teams.
- Train, manage and expand a team that can scale up and down as needed to support your team’s responsibilities, as well as ad hoc projects for important initiatives.

- You know how to structure and negotiate strategic and commercial agreements.
- You have at least 10 years of experience creating high-impact partnerships, with 5+ years leading large deals with significant autonomy in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- You know how to leverage creative thinking and deal making to close complex partnerships.
- You have demonstrated experience driving deals and partnerships that have delivered transformative results.
