Shinobi is a joint venture bridging traditional sports with esports, through two iconic brands within the space Ninjas in Pyjamas & Aser Ventures. The vision behind the project is to help well-established football clubs and other rightsholders, unlock the vast marketing potential that lies within the digital universe, by leveraging the synergies within esports, blockchain, NFT, and fan engagement. To bring the venture into the hearts of sports clubs, we are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and experienced Strategic Partnership Development profile to lead our ambitious expansion plans.

The Core Responsibilities:

• Lead talks with potential clubs and stakeholders, and win signed deals, bringing partnerships on board

• Use the network effects of NIP & ASER Ventures to create compelling win/win partnerships

• Account manage the partnerships and oversee the rightful execution of the partnerships

• At least 5 years of relevant, sports or entertainment industry experience.

• A digital native, well versed in the current revenue stream, fan engagement, and activation trends

• Experience with NFTs, Tokens, and Metaverses is a strong advantage

• A creative, can-do attitude, always looking for new ways to create mutually beneficial partnerships come to life

• Fluent in both oral and written English

• Proven track record in strategic deal-making and complex stakeholder management

• A naturally structured approach, with the ability to drive multiple projects
