Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT remote and conference support for global clients, and solve daily problems of computer installation, configuration, upgrade, and others
- Responsible for regular support like printers, video conferences, network troubleshooting, etc.
- Responsible for the management of employee account permissions
- Antivirus and Security Incident Response
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, complete work reports
Requirements
- College degree or above, major in computer and related, more than 3-years experience in desktop operation
- Familiar with macOS and Windows systems, able to finish the installation and troubleshoot independently
- Able to work under heavy pressure, have good service conscious of customers, and on the principle of results and actions
- Strong communication skills, good at teamwork
- Actively thinking and learning
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
