About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. Business Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks and activities
Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and reports
Monitor product developments and inform others regarding product updates
Monitor social media updates of the crypto industry
Gather feedback from social media
Help in the preparation of operational reports and presentations
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduates are also welcomed.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in English
Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
