We are seeking a Listings Manager for our crypto exchange team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing partial work-from-home flexibility. The Listings Manager will oversee the listing process for cryptocurrencies, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements, managing communications with project teams, and conducting comprehensive vetting. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to onboard and delist projects, collaborating cross-functionally with technical and legal teams, tracking industry trends, and maintaining active relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive the expansion and diversification of Trading 212's cryptocurrency offerings while adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Expertise in Cryptocurrency & Blockchain: Familiarity with cryptocurrency trends, tokenomics, and blockchain technology is essential.
- Project Management & Strategic Planning: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to build relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of financial technology platforms and ability to collaborate with development and technical teams.
- Attention to Detail: Adept at performing due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies for listing and delisting decisions.
