Overview of the Role:

Open Access Ventures (OAV) is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. As a sales manager for Open Access Ventures, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients within the crypto/web3 segment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Grow and develop existing pipeline by qualifying leads, prospecting, and identifying partnership opportunities
  • Provide new and existing clients with phenomenal customer service and support
  • Ability to lead the deal-making process from start to finish
  • Track sales in company CRM (Pipedrive), and report on sales metrics and performance. Provide regular updates to management.
  • Create strategic content and playbooks to educate teams on processes, resources, talk tracks, and strategic content that helps us differentiate and win deals
  • Capture feedback from teams and clients on a regular basis to constantly improve services and programs
  • Develop training and define process gaps for existing team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a prior sales role
  • Proficient with a Sales tech stack (ie: CRM, ZoomInfo/Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • You should have a deep interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto (DeFi, NFTs, web3) (Ideally, 2 years of experience in Web3)
  • Highly motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial, analytical, and efficient with a proven track record in sales. 
  • Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Track record of success in cross-functional work, and of setting and executing on clear, realistic deliverable timelines
  • Interest in taking initiative to seek out creative solutions for finding opportunities including use of Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience managing a sales funnel across multiple channels
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A willingness to learn and improve, and an openness to feedback

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling high ticket items or services $10k+ 
  • Previous sales experience in Web3
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM
