OXIO is building a mobile carrier-as-a-service, where brands and enterprises can build their own telecom solution for their customers in a matter of minutes. We ensure that users and devices are always connected, and stay connected, wherever they go - cross- country, carrier, or cellular technology. We help them pay less for mobile data, while helping ISPs operate more efficiently.
We provide this technology as a platform (Carrier-as-a-Service) to brands and enterprises that want to get closer to their customers by providing a fully customizable telecom service. In addition we enable clients of our service to extract the value from telecom data - enriching their customer experience, business intelligence, and product understanding in the many markets in which we operate.
Our organization is distributed with a headquarters in New York City, global engineering / R&D office in Montreal and a commercial and operational office in Mexico.
We are looking for autonomous and motivated Senior Software Engineers who will become part of our R&D team, which at OXIO, focuses more on the “Development.” The software that our group builds is considered the glue of the entire OXIO platform. In this role you will be building highly scalable and highly available core telecom technology that interacts with our entire BrandVNO ecosystem. As a software engineer on this team, you will be responsible for choosing and implementing modern methods, technologies, and libraries, being involved all the way from product ideation to the deployment of your software. At OXIO, you will have the freedom to choose and use technologies that make sense for what you’re building, and you will engage directly with what will be the future of cloud-based telecom stacks, as we continue to be the world’s most innovative telecommunications company.
