The technology and infrastructure phase is complete and operational.
We are now entering the next stage focused on growth, onboarding, partnerships, ecosystem expansion, and company scale.
Position Overview:
PressChain is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale operations during this growth phase. This role will work closely across strategy, execution, partnerships, fundraising coordination, organizational development, and company operations.
This is a hands-on executive role for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping transform momentum into scalable execution.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day company operations
• Build and improve operational systems and workflows
• Coordinate company initiatives and project execution
• Support fundraising efforts and investor coordination
• Assist with strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth
• Develop onboarding systems for users, journalists, and partners
• Help build and scale internal teams and processes
• Track priorities, deadlines, and company objectives
Qualifications:
• Previous startup, Web3, fintech, media, AI, or high-growth experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
• Ability to make decisions and execute independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Builder mentality with long-term thinking
Compensation Structure:
This is currently an equity and token-based executive opportunity through the fundraising phase, with transition into traditional executive compensation following successful fundraising milestones.
- Target equity range: 3%–8%, depending on experience, involvement, network value, and overall fit.
