Rad TV is a growing leader in video streaming for innovative and immersive content. We are looking for a talented, creative, and thoughtful senior software engineer who is proficient in Solidity, Ethereum and other Blockchain technologies, Javascript, Node, P2P networking, and the full web stack to join our growing team of innovators and mad scientists changing the way the world interacts with premium video content.

You will have a critical role in the continued development and improvement of the Rad applications and web platform, incoporating web 3 technologies to help define the future of streaming. This includes packaging up content as NFTs, leveraing novel P2P distribution technologies, interacting with XR and video content, and more.

What you’ll do:

• (Required) Write, update, and maintain ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, and additional modern smart contracts, along with potentially integrating and exploring other blockchain solutions
• (Required) Write Javascript running in environments beyond the browser
• (Required) Interact with GraphQL and numerous other backend services and APIs for payments, including handling cryptocurrency wallets and programmatic token transfers.
• (Required) Write well-documented, maintainable, and clean code that can be scaled and reused across many projects

Who you are:

• You write readable, clean, and idiomatic Solidity, JavaScript, and other web centric technologies.
• You have professional experience writing and integrating modular code
• You follow the Web 3, blockchain, and ECMAScript specs and their developments
• You contribute to open source
• You have an excellent understanding of algorithms, concurrency, systems, and data structures
• You think outside the box and play with code for fun
• You solve unique problems with unique and elegant solutions
• You are a browser war veteran and know all about cloud services and infrastructure (AWS and beyond).
• You have great communication skills while working with your peers
• You are humble, hungry, and smart.
• You have a deep understanding of design patterns, API design, and unit testings
