Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Rarible-hosted events, from small gatherings to large conferences, ensuring that our brand is well-represented and impactful.
• Manage the logistics for the Rarible team’s participation in web3 events globally, including travel, accommodations, and event schedules.
• Act as the office manager for the Lisbon office, ensuring the team’s workspace is functional and conducive to productivity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for any in-office or event-related needs for the Lisbon-based Rarible team members.
• Network and build relationships with event organizers, industry stakeholders, and partners to increase Rarible’s visibility and influence in the web3 space.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to bring Rarible’s identity to life at IRL events and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing event performance, reporting on metrics, and refining event strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
• Coordinate with external vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth event execution.

• Passion for networking and building relationships in the industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with web3 technologies and a passion for the evolving NFT and blockchain ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team.
• Based in Lisbon and available to travel internationally as required.
