Here at Instalabs, we are looking for a Web3/DeFi Marketing Lead who wants a new challenge in one of the most exciting growth industries in the world. We have recently launched two products; Instabridge, a crypto asset bridge, and Instapass, a KYC solution for dApps (with another exciting product in the pipeline!). These products work together to create the world’s first regulated, hybrid crypto-asset bridge, with a vision to deliver a catalog of on and off-chain assets to the Radix and Ethereum ecosystems, powered by its privacy preserving AML/KYC solution.

In order to really reach our potential, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to design, execute and fully own our go-to-market strategy and general product marketing growth activities. You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive awareness of Instalabs an its products within the DeFi and Web3 communities and beyond. You must be an out of the box marketer with a start-up mindset - so you can be creative in an ambiguous and resource constrained environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Be hands on to define, implement and optimize marketing campaigns for all Instalabs products to grow brand awareness and improve brand sentiment with key demographics through organic channels
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to define and execute GTM strategies that align with our vision, target market, and competitive landscape
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of GTM initiatives, track performance, and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, from defining launch timelines to creating launch assets and coordinating cross-functional activities
  • Ensure consistent presentation, messaging and design across all Instalabs marketing channels
  • Work with CEO and external specialists to iterate on our brand >

What skills do you need?

  • Strong demonstrable experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing, GTM strategy, or related areas - ideally in a start up
  • Solid knowledge of the DeFi/Web3 industry is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups, innovation and disruptive technologies
  • Be a hands on self starter and have strong ownership skills
  • An ability to create great copy and witty communication suitable for different audiences
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
