RECUR is seeking an Office Coordinator to join its team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and fast-growing company where you will lead the growth of the RECUR in the nascent and growing NFT space.
What you will do at RECUR
- Answer phones, screen calls, respond to inquiries, and/or refer callers accordingly.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Prepare mailing labels and coordinate shipments.
- Provide administrative and clerical duties to the People Operations Team and other RECUR Teams as needed.
- Assist in organizing corporate events.
- Assist in organizing meetings and trade shows.
- Control inventory of office supplies and RECUR swag; order and distribute them as necessary.
What you will bring to RECUR
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to report to an office in Aventura, FL on a regular basis.
Please note this is a hybrid position that will require a combination of remote and in office work from Aventura, FL.
