About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Expert to oversee the development and execution of daily social media content and larger campaigns. He or She will partner with the Heads of Marketing, Community, and Content departments, to aim and execute marketing campaigns for our clients.
He or She will be responsible for formulating and adopting social media strategies for a variety of clients. This role will include strategic planning but also requires tactical hands-on execution with our social channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, and any other channels needed.

For this role you will need to:

• Work directly with our CMO and Head of Marketing on setting and adopting strategies, and improving team performance;
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among the current and new audiences and manage built campaigns that allow our projects to continue growing;
• Manage, motivate and mentor team members, and be able to manage a team of 6+ people; lead the performance review of the social media team,
• Lead, check, and optimize social media processes and management of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord.
• Reporting on campaign results within the team on a weekly basis, preparing monthly reports.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns
• Oversee the development of a monthly content calendar for multiple brands and social media platforms and ensure it is fully compliant in line with each market's regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Support the development of high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign to drive engagement with the community
• Collaborate closely with other marketing departments.
• Monitoring social media trends and industry competitors, identifying opportunities and risks, and making recommendations to drive business growth.
• Keep up to date and educated on the latest Web3 developments
• Implement paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets if needed
• Track and report relevant social media and KPIs and measure social media campaigns’ success vis-a-vis client goals.
• Develop workflows, processes, and training material to promote the adoption of social media marketing frameworks and best practices

Ideally, you will also have:

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in social media and digital marketing
• Minimum 1-year experience in managing social media creative team for blockchain-related projects,
• Minimum 1-year experience working in the marketing agency,
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of social media and how these fit into different strategies and tactics
• Experience in utilizing publishing, analytics, and social media management tools to help content creation and drive engagement
• Deep knowledge of executing campaigns, setting KPIs, defining responsibilities, and reporting on performance
• Knowledge of all major social media platforms and keeping up to date with social and digital trends and strategies.
• Passion about blockchain and start-up ecosystem
• Can multitask and manage more than 4 social media strategies at the same time
• Previous experience with social media tools
• Previous experience in managing social media paid campaigns
• Excellent English speaking skills
• Can work in CET time zone
