We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our fast-growing team.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting related experience
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• High level analytical skills
• Proficient level of english
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and match future hiring needs to specific profiles across different business units
• Attract suitable candidates
• Provide recruitment reports to the recruiting manager
• Develop job descriptions and specifications
• Database management for sourcing and tracking of candidates
• Send weekly hiring updates to the recruiting manager to share the status of open requisitions
• Application Tracking System Management (Greenhouse) by posting roles, setting up interview plans, creating and assigning interview scorecards, and moving candidates through the interview process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and goals, and to establish technical assessments specific to their denominations
