We’re looking for a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to join our core team as an associate, at least a well incentivized job. Tasks

Your missions

• Lead the technical vision of the company and make strategic decisions
• Manage and grow Lobster’s tech team
• Develop EVM smart contracts to ensure the perfect execution of our strategies
• Understand in-depth Lobster strategies workflow
• Develop and maintain our web app and off-chain real-time algorithms

Requirements

Technical requirements

• Expertise in Python and JS/TS programming language and its ecosystem of libraries and tools
• Experience with smart-contract development with Solidity/Vyper, Foundry, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Ethereum Development Suites (e.g., Harhat, Foundry, Truffle, Ganache, Tenderly)
• Experience writing secure, efficient, and gas-optimized smart contracts for decentralized applications (DApps) on EVM-compatible networks
• Experience with Wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.): Tools and libraries for connecting Web3 applications with users' cryptocurrency wallets
• Familiarity with test-driven software development processes and continuous integration tools and systems
• Experience with web3 tools that support development, indexing, and transaction management, such as TheGraph
• Understand Uniswap v3, AAVE v3, decentralized finance, and neutral market strategies…
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud providers such as AWS, Google cloud, Azure…

Personal requirements

• Excellent debugging, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneur's mindset, building something big
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• 3 years minimum experience in company and web3 ecosystem
