About the Role

We’re looking for a deeply connected, high-conviction operator to lead our Crypto vertical. As Head of Crypto, you’ll own our go-to-market motion in web3 and crypto-native industries positioning Slash as the financial OS for web3 startups, foundations, DAOs, and labs. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Head of Growth to build the vertical from scratch: forming strategic partnerships, researching customer painpoints, and embedding Slash into the infrastructure of on-chain businesses.

This is a founder-like role. You’ll host the most respected crypto events, forge relationships with high-impact players, and drive massive adoption through trust, credibility, and momentum.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the web3 & crypto vertical end-to-end: strategy, execution, revenue, and community

• Lead in-person growth via curated events, dinners, and roundtables for crypto operators, funds, and protocols

• Build high-touch onboarding processes for top crypto clients and scale that into repeatable playbooks

• Establish key partnerships with accelerators, incorporators, custodians, and L1/L2 protocol

• Inform our product roadmap by deeply understanding the financial workflows of crypto-native organizations

• Become the public face of Slash in the crypto ecosystem: credible, trusted, and everywhere that matters
  

We’re Looking for Someone Who

• Has operational experience in crypto/web3—at a protocol, fund, DAO, or infra layer

• Is deeply networked in the crypto ecosystem (founders, finance leads, builders, and operators)

• Understands both TradFi and crypto-native workflows, including custody, treasury, and payments

• Has a builder’s mindset: thrives in ambiguity, turns chaos into playbooks, and runs toward hard problems

• Loves in-person GTM: hosting, connecting, pitching, and closing

• Has strong founder energy: scrappy, self-directed, and able to move fast without waiting for permission
