STON.fi DEX serves as the backbone for many TON-based DeFi products, including Wallet in Telegram, the official built-in wallet available to hundreds of millions of Telegram users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support via written communication in the official support bot.
  • Analyze situations and resolve user issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal project departments to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Moderate STONfi chats (e.g., Telegram, Discord), including deleting rule-violating messages and answering users' questions.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of crypto and DeFi, including DEX operation and transaction status checking.
  • Knowledge of the TON Ecosystem is a plus.
  • Desire to excel in customer consulting and support.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently (at least upper-intermediate level).
  • Demonstrated stress tolerance and multitasking skills.
