Tasks

Our UI/UX team uses the most advanced platforms and tools to develop innovative solutions for our clients. Quality of work, sustainability, and user-centered design are paramount. You should be able to work independently and quickly familiarize yourself with topics and teams.Our company language is English. Very good English skills are a requirement. You can work from everywhere.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

General

  • You already gained at minimum 1+ years of relevant experience as Digital Product Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer or related field.
  • Passion for UI design, UX design, design systems, interaction design, new types of user interfaces and technological trends.
  • The desire to understand the big picture and to translate its vision into a user-centered interaction design.

Hard Skills

  • Practical experience in daily design work and cooperation with developers - preferably from the agency, tech or startup environment.

  • Excellent software skills with Sketch or Figma.

  • Experience in working with agile teams and sprint set-ups.

  • Experience in working with design systems.

  • Experience in working with atomic design principles.

  • Excellent software skills with design publishing tools, such as Abstract or Zeplin.

  • Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, UI designs and interactive prototypes with programs such as Figma, Framer, InVision, ProtoPie, Sketch, Overflow or Zeplin.

  • Interest in animation design and / or the ability to display complex UI animations with programs such as After Effects or Flow.

  • You can work at our office in Jena or up to 100% remotely within German office hours
