About the Role:


As a Data Scientist at our client, you will play an integral role in the data-driven decision-making process. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and gain insights into the user base. Your expertise in experimentation, analytics, and advanced modeling will directly impact the company's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with functional teams, conducting deep analyses and modeling to prioritize opportunities and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Design and lead experiments and analyses to measure impacts and drive product enhancements.
  • Measure business performance, define core metrics, and create reporting systems for monitoring and understanding them.
  • Translate data insights into compelling narratives and communicate them effectively within the organization and to senior executives.
  • Dive deep into complex problems to generate solutions that drive business impact.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines with exceptional precision.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to independently plan and oversee large, complex analytical projects involving multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference, machine learning).
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and programming/modeling in Python.

Nice to Have:


Data engineering skills and a willingness to contribute to foundational data work as needed.
