Role: Business Operations Associate

Location: Remote (EST time zone highly preferred)


Our client, an early-stage FinTech Startup, is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate. This client is building a blockchain-based payment system powering movement of digital money across the traditional finance and digital asset ecosystems. As an early stage startup, they're creating an entirely new category of financial infrastructure that brings cash on chain through tokenization while powering the full spectrum of payments for their network—banks, digital asset exchanges, and, most importantly, the customers they serve.


As a Business Operations Associate, you will have a high-impact role supporting the company’s executive team across key business functions. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, execute internal processes, and prepare partner-facing materials. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys wearing many hats.


Responsibilities

  • Sales & Partnerships: Prepare presentation materials for bank partners; attend meetings and capture key takeaways and next steps.
  • Recruiting: Coordinate hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and liaise with external recruiters.
  • Client Success: Support partner engagement by preparing meeting materials, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Product: Assist in drafting product documentation, flow diagrams, and user-facing materials.
  • Operations & Management: Participate in executive meetings, track action items, and help organize internal workflows.

Target Candidate Profile

  • U.S.-based, remote first (preference for Eastern time zone but not required)
  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments and context-switching across domains.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
