Qualifications
- Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Experience in Hiring and understanding organizational needs
- Knowledge of Employer Branding to enhance the company's recruitment efforts
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to stay updated on Web3 trends and technologies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
