With over 30 million users for our Wallet App and over 5 MAU monthly from more than 200 countries, across all our web and mobile properties we receive a lot of data points from different sources that we are bringing to life to support our business decisions. Our data sources are growing with cool features being added frequently. We need a person who is capable of digging into this data with craftiness and transform them into insights that would help our product, marketing and engineering teams to build better products and better solve problems for our customers.

Are you a Data Analyst / Data Scientist who is looking to own the following?

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze and bring data to life.
  
• Creating effective data visualizations, reports, presentations and dashboards to display key insights on our relevant KPIs.
  
• Establish KPIs to help measuring our level of success in many of our endeavors
  
• Structure and work with large data sets to find usable information that will drive business decisions in our whole activities spectrum (PM, CRM, Marketing and Design)
  
• Work with other team members and leaders to support our organization in developing the best practices regarding data processing and reading.
  
  

Core competencies:

• Data literacy.
• Crypto literacy
• Ability to work with crypto related open source data sets
• Possess a Business Intelligence mindset
  
• Languages that are commonly used for data/statistical analysis , such as Python or R.
  
• Competency to communicate data. Be able to put the analysis results into our organization’s/ stakeholder perspective
• Competence in a data visualization tool (Tableau is preferable,)
  
• Be able to use SQL as a tool.
• Stakeholder engagement capabilities

Nice to haves:

• A natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyze and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication
