Web3 WFM Specialist

The WFM Specialist will directly report to the Workforce Manager, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart.

In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for preparation and monthly delivery of Customer Success schedule. You will ensure the schedule makes effective use of resources while meeting service objectives, team specialties, and agents’ preferences. Communicate with Customer Success Team Leads and performs schedule adjustments as needed.
• Responsible for reporting related to Workforce Management including, but not limited to daily volume and productivity reports, schedule adherence reports, monthly scorecards, monthly reports for payroll.
• Capture, store, and report on historical statistics (volumes, KPIs, occupancy, forecast accuracy, etc.) and provide root-cause analysis and business impact analysis for all performance variances.
• Maintain and analyze workforce performance, lead analysis, and staffing change data for continuous quality and productivity improvement.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Workforce Manager.

• Impeccable attention to detail;
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
• Ability to be a self-starter, work under minimal supervision, and meet all goals within timelines;
• Multitasker, not afraid of a highly dynamic environment and constant change;
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
