We are seeking a skilled Institutional Prime Brokerage professional with expertise in the digital assets sector to facilitate trading and lending services for institutional clients. Responsibilities include managing relationships with digital asset hedge funds, providing tailored financing solutions, and optimizing trading execution processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and regulatory frameworks, along with a proven track record in prime brokerage services.
Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and drive revenue for financial products like trading, settlement and custody
- Identify significant opportunities in an ambiguous area, build consensus around the roadmap, and work with your team to execute
- Collaborate with internal groups to develop new offerings including technology, legal, credit, operational and control functions
- Define success for your team, determine metrics, and develop processes to measure progress towards your goals
- Evaluate risk-reward of transactions including the assessment of quantitative and qualitative factors, negotiation of deal terms, and building agreements and contracts with key clients and partners
- Exhibit detailed product knowledge of prime brokerage, financing, electronic trading, fixed income and digital asset market structure
- Represent the business both internally and externally; maintain relationships with major clients, banks, exchanges and liquidity providers
- Continuously build upon and improve operational processes that enable efficient oversight of business activities.

Requirements
- At least 5 years in related areas
- Ability to analyzing quantitative and qualitative datasets to generate business recommendations
- Skills developing strategies to test pilot initiatives for business strategy innovation
- Project management experience, including coordinating across a variety of stakeholders
- Communicate skills in present the research, analysis, vision to key stakeholders and leaders
- Financial services experience across capital markets
- Understanding processes and implementing automation tasks to improve workflows
- Prior client facing experience is a must
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $160,000 - $195,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
