The Role
The Onboarding Analyst will liaise with vendors and partners of BCB Group to compile all necessary information on BCB Group for onboarding. They will manage the onboarding process including analysing requirements, working with key stakeholders i.e. compliance, finance, operations and IT to ensure setups are completed as part of the onboarding (full end to end) before going live with a partner or solution and handing over the BAU functions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- As part of the onboarding setup work with vendors and partners of BCB Group on what is required and compile all necessary KYC information.
- Maintaining an accurate portfolio tracker in order to keep stakeholders updated on all onboarding status, progress and next steps.
- Maintain and manage all information which is part of a client's onboarding requirements, this includes continuously improving the onboarding directory of questions.
- Identifying and updating outdated documentation and information.
- Gathering information from internal and external stakeholders, official registries and third parties.
- Manage all onboardings with key internal stakeholders, with a Project Management mindset .
- Identifying and escalating stalled process steps.
- Maintaining a current and accurate overview on the stages of all onboarding processes of BCB Group entities.
- Maintain key operating procedures on behalf of the onboarding function.
- Undertake periodic KYC reviews on business partners and vice versa.
- Have a strong focus on relationship management.
- Actively participate in developing, testing and implementing new or enhanced vendor onboarding processes and other process improvement initiatives as required.

If you can demonstrate some of the following experience/skills below, we would love to have a conversation
- 4+ years in a similar role,
- Fintech and start up experience preferred,
- Relationship management experience advantageous,
- Experience in banking onboarding and end to end delivery from application to account opening essential,
- Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels in both writing and verbally,
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to work in a concise and methodical manner,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines,
- Excellent verbal and written command of English,
- Ability to drive process and a can-do approach to problem solving,
- Exposure to cryptocurrencies or financial services are a plus,
- Good project management skill set,
- Good Google G Suite (gdocs, gsheets) or MS Office skills
- German or French are a plus
