What You’ll Be Doing:
Understanding core needs and sourcing for potential banking/payment partners for OKX's global centralised exchange products and services.
Build and maintain new/existing relationships with a network of banking and payment partners, under a team of Banking Partnership Directors across the globe.
Support the team with administrative needs end-to-end during the scoping, onboarding, application, and operational readiness processes.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Legal/Compliance, Product, Finance, Local Markets, etc) to gather information relevant to forging banking/payment partnerships.
What We Look For In You:
At least 2 years of professional experience in the banking or payments industry. Understanding of payments and banking in the Web3 vertical is a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders and manage projects across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment.
Profound understanding and insights into the banking/payments industry and its relevant regulations, typical processes and controls.
Proficiency in English as a working language is a must.

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $126,000
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
