About the Role This is a fully remote role, we will consider applicants based in California. Kraken is expanding our rapidly growing compliance team of talented and motivated individuals. We are looking for a capable compliance associate to join the team of motivated financial/technology professionals and work with our teams worldwide, and be part of the expert global compliance group. This role will be responsible for a critical aspect of supporting our Director of Compliance in the product organisation and working alongside the brightest minds in the crypto industry. This position will be a cornerstone of the Compliance team in order to efficiently and effectively promote fluid communication. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process oriented, technically adept, highly organised meticulous has a proven track record of achievement and is ready to have some fun within the Kraken Family. Responsibilities include driving various teams' business and operational activities, supporting leadership, and resolving potential issues before they arise. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly.
Candidates must possess the ability and willingness to balance leadership needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions. They must also have exceptional project management and presentation skills.
