Gnosis Pay is the first Decentralized Payment Network (DPN), bridging the gap between real-world payments and blockchain transactions. By introducing the first-of-its-kind Visa-certified, self-custodied debit card directly connected to a hardware crypto wallet instead of a traditional bank account, Gnosis Pay makes the transition from Web2 to Web3-based payments simple and intuitive. 
Gnosis Pay is an open framework, providing the platform and tooling for Web3 projects, wallets, and financial institutions to build their own decentralized payment solutions.

About the role

Blockchain technologies have been built for over a decade, yet they operate isolated from the regulated banking and payments industry inhibiting its growth beyond the crypto native audience. We see banking & payments as the first opportunity for blockchain to become part of our daily lives. 

Your mission is to ensure this vision becomes reality, and we become one of the most successful businesses in the world. Throughout this journey, you will work closely with a wide range of teams and become a well-rounded entrepreneur: you will deepen your understanding of project management, technology, product, regulatory landscapes, execution, and business. Your responsibilities will be diverse, but the consistent thing (the most important for us) is that you’ll ask the “why” behind everything and that you’ll lead with energy & motivation. We are here to support you in your growth and make sure you become the best version of yourself. 

• Lead initiatives on the technology/product/operations side by project management and coordination of both internal and external stakeholders

• Engage in business activities with partners and customers at a global level

• Analyse businesses, trends, products, and regulations to constantly create new data-driven theses

• Identify new market opportunities through market research on a wide variety of topics

• Advise management and teams on new strategies based on your findings

• You have 0 – 3 years of work experience

• You are highly analytical and have a consulting, engineering, investments, or legal background

• You have experience working with blockchain/crypto, or a personal interest

• You love understanding the “why” behind everything, and nothing stops you when you are curious

• You are an entrepreneur at heart with a passion to create and build
