KOSMO is an innovative startup located in Toronto-Canada that connects people to experience space mobility.

You are responsible for the startup strategy development, funding, financials, and commerce, to drive sustainable growth, revenues, and profits.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Executive presence, act as a representative before governments, banks, journalists, clients, and the general public.
2. Finding, and pitching to investors, ensuring the startup is appropriately funded.
3. Establish economic relationships, partnerships, and joint ventures with other companies, startups, or entities.
4. E-commerce management, entire customer service, and experience. Meeting the demands of consumers, customers, and clients.
5. Brand development, social network presence, management, strategy, and positioning.
6. Business and market intelligence, strategic analysis. To elaborate and write all needed documents and presentations, financial plans, business plans, pitch decks, white papers, and the like.
7. To communicate effectively, congress and trade show attendance, professional networking.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commission Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
9. Supervise taxes, treasury, and accounting, and prepare and write the annual financial statements for the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and other entities.
10. To ensure the protection of all copyrights and intellectual property (IP).
11. To ensure the integrity of all public disclosure, and respect the NDA-NCA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement and Non-Competition-Agreement).

The Requirements:

1. Must be financially independent, salary and compensation are performance-based. You can choose to work because you want to, not because you have to. This is a risky endeavor.
2. Authorized to work in Canada, the United States, or Mexico. I do not provide visa sponsorship.
3. Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Finance,Accounting, or relevant field, an MBA is a plus.
4. Experience in finance, management, commerce, and marketing.
5. Fundraising experience is a plus.
6. More than five years (5+) of experience in executive leadership positions.
7. Knowledge in decentralized finance, bitcoin, and blockchain is a plus.
8. Skills in data analysis, analytical tools, and metrics, proficient with cloud computing products and services.
9. Fluency in English is a must.
10. Public speaking skills are a plus.
11. To sign the NDA-NCA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement, Non-Competition Agreement) when required.

Your Compensation:

1. Hard work, high risk, high reward.
2. Salary and compensation are based on performance. You could increase your net worth by more than a million dollars (1M$+).
3. Restricted stocks, based on goals achieved. One (1) year cliff and five (5) years vested.
