Web3 Chief Operating Officer

Interested in joining a company that's in both the Web3 and Gaming space? Ascended is building in multiple verticals and is looking to bring on a Chief Operating Officer. This position will be compensated in equity initially and then a traditional salary component will be introduced upon completion of our seed raise.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities

Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.

Qualifications

Previous COO or executive experience
Previous Start-Up experience
Strategic planning and business development experience
Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
