Job Overview
Collectibles.com is looking for an entrepreneurially-minded individual to act as an evangelist and host of our growing community. You would specifically focus on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Discord engagement, moderation, on-platform events, and other activities to engage and connect with the broader Collectibles.com community on social media.You are a strategic thinker and exceptional relationship builder, with deep chops in community building and event production. You're lightning fast but obsessed with details, energized by authentic social interactions, and have a special knack for bringing people together.

Requirements
Your Role
- Monitor, moderate and manage community sentiment on all channels and help build a healthy community
- Organize and host events on our Discord and Facebook channels on a regular basis
- Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on our channels
- Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering and product team
- Design and execute on programs, events, and content that foster connections, enable learning and collaboration, and meet the evolving needs of the community
- Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies
- Answer non-technical user questions and troubleshoot
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and ambassadors
- Oversee the rollout of platform announcements and events across all social media channels
- 3+ years managing and maintaining popular social media accounts (Twitter Facebook, TikTok and Instagram) and Discord communities
- Interest in the sports cards community and social media trends to generate creative and effective ideas
- Strong work ethic, hustle, communication, writing ability, and business development sensibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent in managing time, processes and workflows
- Comfort with semi-technical tasks like using an admin panel and tools or willingness to learn
- Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a rapidly shifting landscape
- Graphic design & video editing skills
- Experience in start-up or scale-up
