Web3 Content Lead

Role: Content Lead - DeFi (Full Time)
We are hiring a full time “Content Lead” who will report to the Founders and work closely with the Marketing team, Community Managers to produce high quality content in written form across various media channels.
The ideal candidate will be Web3 native with a portfolio of published written pieces (Medium or Mirror) and well-versed in the Web3 community and language. They must know good content when they see it and how to make this content appropriate for digital spaces (websites - Twitter, Medium, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube etc).

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the Content team to drive content creation around the latest DeFi trends, to position Timeswap Labs as an industry thought leader.
• Build and maintain a repository of content produced from different areas of the business and curated content with PR agencies and partners, that are relevant for our strategic objectives.
• Creating blog posts, images, videos that help our community
• Creating short pieces of engaging copy for social media, websites & newsletters.
• Monitor and be aware of the performance of our digital content and make recommendations for improving effectiveness.
• Work with the team to maintain content calendars, ensuring tracking & execution of deliverables in a timely manner
• Content Lead will be driving and delivering a content strategy with inhouse teams for Timeswap's marketing properties.
