What the day to day looks like:

User-centric copies for web, mobile apps and crypto-related products

Ownership over product design experience, by using copy and content

Identify opportunities to optimise content, by using research and data

Drives clarity and consistency in tone, terminology, and support a systematic approach for all in-product copy.

Work closely with UI/UX designers, UX researcher, product managers, engineers to improve the product

Ideal candidate must have:

Ability to write in professional English

Ability to consider user experience and journey when writing

Experience in content development and strategy, high-tech industry preferred

Experience in either UI copywriting, technical writing, product content copywriting or UX/product design

Experience contributing to product, feature, and/or service strategy as well as roadmap development and execution

Proven ability to adhere to specific conversational "tones" and to write about otherwise-serious topics in a fun, creative, and engaging way

Highly detail-oriented - you would have noticed the extra fullstop in this JD

Highly organised, with ability to juggle multiple tasks

Good communication skills and stakeholder management

Nice to haves

Experience in product content design and marketing copywriting

Experience within crypto and blockchain industry

Native English and Mandarin language proficiency
