Web3 DeFi Strategist

This position is a Full Time contract position starting from Q1 2021

Sacred Finance is looking for a seasoned DeFi Strategist to develop the TokenEconomics of the Sacred Protocol that begins with our official mainnet on Ethereum in Q1 of 2022.

The work involves working with Sacred's Product and TokenEconomic team to build
a robust protocol and DAO backed by a robust TokenEconomic model to sustain it
into the future.

You will be working alongside Blockchain Devs, Designers, Token Economic specialists and Marketers to iterate on Sacred’s product to bring much needed
Privacy, to the DeFi ecosystem.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Blockchain strategist that has 2+ years of experience in the DeFi ecosystem
• Strong Crypto/Token Economic background to develop strong utility behind
• a protocol token and defend it against volatility
• Solve problems of protocol utility, governance, and growth
• General understanding of DeFi landscape across multiple chains

Responsibilities Include:

• Candidate will be responsible for identifying the best DeFi emerging
• and existing protocols that synergizes well with Sacred
• The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the potential viability
• of protocols and economics of their models to integrate with Sacred
• Generation of partnership strategies in the DeFi Space
• Brainstorm and help evaluate protocols and technologies as they continually evolve
• Document new DeFi Strategies as well as maintaining that of existing ones
• Identifying, evaluating, attracting, and retaining relationships with various strategic partners, platforms, and founders in the DeFi and Blockchain industry

Skills we look for:

• Must be proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong Knowledge of DeFi and blockchain
• Math, programming, or economics backgrounds to model the impact of our strategies
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Familiarity with basic cryptography / privacy protocols
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of solidity and/or other programming languages is a plus

Compensation
Compensation will be a mix of USDC and the SACRED token. Upon a successful seed-round the ideal candidate could be hired for either on-going contract work or a full time position.

Sacred Finance focuses on Data Privacy and Blockchain / Cryptocurrency. Their company has offices in New York City, San Francisco, Singapore, and Berlin. They have a small team that's between 1-10 employees.
