We’re looking for a Director of Automation & Redundancy to join our growing Compliance Systems & Partners organization. This position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore

In this position you will be responsible for continuously improving the levels of automation within various compliance operations of Crypto.com as well establishing redundancies across compliance systems. You will achieve this by utilizing your strong project and program management skills and by establishing close working relationships with the global product, tech and compliance operations teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to build and maintain processes, tools and infrastructure that achieve optimal levels of automation for Compliance Systems
• Work to continuously improve the automation process to reduce unnecessary steps, redundant activities, and improve internal/external customer satisfaction
• Work to create Compliance System and Partner redundancies to ensure 24/7 operations in case of partner downtime
• Serve as the primary project manager and technical expert for systems and operations automation of the various compliance systems and processes utilized by Crypto.com
• Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of the Crypto.com products and systems and their use by customers (both internal and external)
• Manage internal customer expectations, documentation, timelines, deliverables, and needs with regards to automation and redundancy
• Escalate any issues affecting implementations to the appropriate stakeholder for resolution
• Work with the Head of Partnerships and the Head of Implementation as well as senior management to prioritize and execute automation, redundancy and similar projects
• Coordinate and facilitate automation and redundancy work between Crypto.com Engineering, third-party vendors/partners, and compliance personnel to fulfill requirements
• Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders to accurately communicate the automation and redundancy project progress, including risks, issues, and required adjustments to the plan
• Design, configure, and test automations to ensure that requirements have been met
• Participate as a stakeholder in product improvement activities such as meetings, and testing of proposed changes to the Crypto.com products

A bit about you:

• BA/BS degree in a business, technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience and a proven record of technology project management success in an enterprise environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have shown significant and consistent career growth as part of prior experience
• Solid technical skills - expertise in automation, business software as well as consumer tech, mobile apps, etc. - experience in FinTech is considered a strong plus
• You possess effective organizational skills, self-directed time management, great communication skills, and attention to detail in addition to technical expertise and product knowledge
• You are able to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective
• You are comfortable with change, ambiguity, conflict, and dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
• You are eligible to work in Hong Kong or Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship

Other desirable skills for this role:

• You have managed implementations of internal or vendor/partner solutions through all levels from concept to launch within a financial institution (FinTech, Bank, Crypto, etc.)
• You drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence
• You've worked with product and tech teams on tool implementations
