We’re looking for a Director of Partner Oversight to join our growing Compliance Systems & Partners organization. This position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

In this position you will be responsible for managing the various global compliance vendors as well as developing new partner/vendor strategies and relationships. In this role you will be expected to cooperate closely with senior leadership as well as global compliance stakeholders to understand the requirements and forecasts, in turn effectively developing and maintaining a global compliance partner framework.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain a repository of existing and potential compliance partners, contracts and related information
  • Manage contract establishment, renewal, billing, forecasting and similar activities throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of the Crypto.com products and systems, their use by customers, and the process required to get from concept to implementation
  • Serve as a thought leader on the ever-changing compliance tools and partnerships landscape, focusing on key market trends that create unique opportunities for Crypto.com
  • Facilitate regular discussions with senior leaders, identifying and framing key strategic partnerships and developing strategic choices
  • Identify and track key regulatory, market and competitor trends that would warrant an adjustment or recalibration of partnership/vendor strategy
  • Ensure that we deliver the highest level of service to our customers, whilst balancing this with managing our financial crime risk
  • Work with the Head of Implementation and senior management to prioritize and execute partner/vendor integrations, upgrades and similar projects
  • Implement and maintain vendor SLAs, as well as monitor performance and quality KPIs
  • Stakeholder management - produce partner/vendor statistics and reports for senior management

A bit about you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience with AML compliance partners and vendors (screening, monitoring, KYC, etc.)
  • You have experience in banking, FinTech or technology-driven regulated institution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have shown significant and consistent career growth as part of prior experience
  • You are highly data driven, comfortable setting goals, forecasting and planning
  • You are able to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective
  • You are comfortable with change, ambiguity, conflict, and dealing with multiple senior stakeholders
  • You are eligible to work in Hong Kong or Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship

Other desirable skills for this role:

  • You have pushed a vendor/partner relationship through all levels from concept to implementation within a financial institution (FinTech, Bank, Crypto, etc.)
  • You have worked with multiple AML compliance tools and vendors
  • You drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence
  • You've worked with product and tech teams on tool implementations
  • You are highly organized, and process / people orientated
