In 2023 and 2024, we aim to expand our data coverage to include public health and scientific research data.

Openmesh enables anyone to create their own decentralized data cloud, connect globally, share data securely, slash deployment costs, and automate data cloud setup. The Role

Your role will be to steer intricate and strategic initiatives within our project towards successful outcomes. Your primary objective will be to deliver software of exceptional quality, assemble and direct a world class team, and ensure that all of the product's objectives are aligned with Openmesh's overarching vision. This will entail the meticulous refinement and enhancement of processes and team dynamics, astutely identifying and addressing interdependencies, and diligently eliminating any impediments that hinder forward momentum.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder to distill ideas and the vision into a well defined technical roadmap
• Hold complete responsibility for multifaceted or cross-platform solutions for a highly complex suite of products. This encompasses the development, management, and communication of each of the product's vision and strategy, as well as its technical aspects and capabilities.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders, internal and external partners, and senior leadership to comprehend the existing customer experience and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure the team's work aligns with product strategy.
• Coordinates and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, planning sessions, review meetings, and retrospective discussions.
• Steers the team towards its goals, removing obstacles and anticipating future challenges to ensure smooth progress.

Qualifications

• Passion for decentralization and alignment to our vision & mission
• Demonstrated track record of executing out of the box thinking to bring new perspectives and solutions
• 10+ years experience in hands-on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large scale company / application / product environment.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience
• Solid, practical knowledge of agile methodologies, with the capability to adapt these practices to suit specific situations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, combined with remarkable organizational skills.
• A deep understanding of software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with engineers and product managers to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
