Director of Investor Relations (Crypto / Real Estate)

We're looking for an Investor Relations Director with experience working in online real estate investing and highly regulated environments to lead the build our of our investor relations team.

Immediate Responsibilities

• Build systems and processes to interact with a high volume of clients and answer questions about our investments
  
• Help to drive product and customer experience improvements
• Assist with new signups as well as existing investors to provide excellent customer service
• Evaluate current and potential processes to improve customer retention and determine best practices
• Work with HoneyBricks team to develop systematic methods for scaling our investments business and improving investor communication

• Experience and expertise in building and supporting investment products from the ground up
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of software/ fintech businesses
• Working knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts and decentralized finance
• Passion for real estate, finance and crypto
• A strong network (you’ll be expected to build your team with referrals)
• Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in company strategy and direction

• Play a foundational role in the company as we redefine real estate investing
