About The Role and What You'll Be Doing:

We are looking for a productive and meticulous leader who loves working in an energetic and free-thinking environment, feels comfortable with challenging technical problems, and most importantly who shares with us the same desire to make the web free again.

We are looking for a person to own integrations with various important partners, including exchanges, custody providers, and wallets. In this role you will manage a team of integration engineers to work on business-critical integrations. You will own every aspect of the technical integrations including communications with external partners, prioritizing engineering work to support them, and working cross functionally with other engineering teams to help partners succeed. You will also be responsible for people management of the integrations team to help your reports grow and achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For:

• You should have strong engineering and product experience, ideally experience working both as a software engineer and as a product manager in the past.
• You should be a great communicator and remain calm under pressure or when juggling multiple priorities;
• You should be a humble and inspirational leader who is comfortable leading by example;
• You should have a strong sense of ownership and excel at pushing projects over the finish line.

We'd Love If You Have:

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies
• Experience working at a startup
• Experience working on enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with multiple different programming languages, including Javascript, Rust, Python, etc.
