The Web3 team’s mission is to fundamentally change & improve how consumers interact & engage with Web3 apps, making it so easy to access products on the blockchain that the user forgets they’re even using crypto. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a highly technical team. You will have true ownership of the features built, lead the execution and delivery of these features, all while developing and fostering a high performance team. This is all in an effort to continue to delight our users and ensure systems are constantly communicating seamlessly.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of a self-custodial wallet, ensuring secure, user-friendly design and operation.
- Manage the integration of the wallet with various dApps across different blockchain networks.
- Develop strategies for multi-chain and cross-chain support to enhance user experience and expand functionality.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to accomplish project goals within specified timeframes and budgets.
- Stay abreast of advancements in blockchain technology to continuously improve wallet security and features.
- Liaise with security experts to implement robust cryptographic measures and ensure compliance with industry security standards.
- Facilitate collaboration between product development, security, and UX/UI design teams to create a seamless and intuitive user interface.
- Drive the adoption and user base growth of the wallet through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
What you bring
- Proven experience in Crypto, Web3, and Blockchain.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing full-stack engineers.
- 5+ years of experience as a full time software engineer on backend systems.
- Strong technical skills and ability to architect technical solutions
- Experience with building and operating high performance and reliability systems.
