What is the role?

We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to work within Digital Currency Group's newest subsidiary. The new subsidiary remains in stealth mode, but will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors.

In this role, you will support the CEO, Alana Ackerson and will act as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage an ever-changing calendar, including vetting and prioritizing meeting requests and coordinating conference calls, interviews, meetings, and complex travel bookings
  • Handle a heavy volume of requests from internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and making appropriate referrals
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
